Welcome to RESET Renfrew ("RESET", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, memberships, services, facilities, and communications.

By purchasing a membership or package, booking a session, accessing our studio, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

RESET provides wellness services including sauna, cold plunge, contrast therapy, red light therapy, stretching areas, and recovery amenities.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or are participating with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for your health.
• You will consult a healthcare professional if you have any medical condition that may affect your ability to safely participate.
• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

These Terms do not replace any liability waiver required by RESET.

Memberships and packages are subject to the pricing and terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Memberships renew automatically on the scheduled billing date.
• Payment must be successfully processed to maintain access.
• Memberships are non-transferable.
• Packages and memberships may not be shared between individuals unless expressly permitted by RESET.

RESET reserves the right to modify pricing, membership options, operating hours, studio amenities, and policies at any time. Existing members will receive reasonable notice where changes materially affect their membership.

Membership cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the next scheduled billing date.

Requests received less than seven (7) days before the next billing date may result in one final renewal before cancellation takes effect.

Membership freezes are subject to RESET's policies in effect at the time of the request.

Sessions should be booked using RESET's online booking system.

Customers may cancel a booked session up to three (3) hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.

Cancellations made within three (3) hours of the scheduled session, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will result in the booked visit or credit being forfeited.

RESET reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to maintenance, safety concerns, equipment issues, severe weather, or other operational requirements.

Members may bring guests where permitted by their membership or package.

Each guest:

• Must complete RESET's liability waiver before participating.
• Requires one booking credit or applicable guest pass.
• Must follow all studio rules and safety requirements.

One booking credit is required per participant.

The member bringing the guest is responsible for ensuring their guest complies with these Terms while using the facility.

RESET operates an autonomous access-controlled studio.

Members are responsible for:

• Keeping their access credentials secure.
• Not sharing access credentials or allowing unauthorized entry.
• Entering only during their scheduled booking.
• Leaving the studio secure upon departure.
• Respecting the privacy and enjoyment of other members.

Unauthorized use of access credentials may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.

To provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all members, customers agree to:

• Follow all posted safety instructions.
• Use equipment only for its intended purpose.
• Treat staff, members, and guests respectfully.
• Wear appropriate attire.
• Maintain appropriate hygiene.
• Refrain from behaviour that may endanger themselves or others.

RESET reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships where necessary for the safety of members or the protection of the business.

Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Sharing access credentials
• Unsafe behaviour
• Harassment
• Property damage
• Illegal activity
• Repeated violations of studio policies

RESET provides wellness and recovery services only.

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not be considered medical advice.

Participation in sauna, cold plunge, contrast therapy, and related services involves inherent risks.

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for their individual circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RESET shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, memberships, facilities, services, or communications.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

RESET may use AI-assisted technology to answer telephone calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide requested information, assist with bookings, and support customer service.

Telephone calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality assurance, customer support, training, security, and operational purposes.

RESET Renfrew may send SMS messages only after a customer has provided express consent during an inbound telephone call or through another consent method made available by RESET.

Messages are limited to information requested by the customer and customer support related to that inquiry.

Examples include:

• Information requested during a phone call
• Membership information
• Pricing requested by the customer
• Booking instructions
• Customer support
• Account-related information

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
