RESET started with a simple problem. We knew what we wanted to do for our recovery, but we didn’t have the right setup to do it properly. Backyard cold plunges don’t hold up to Canadian winters, bathtubs aren’t cold or deep enough, and there were no real options here in the Ottawa Valley.

So we took the plunge. We built it.
